Renovation of a mixed-use development in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Myers-Cherry Construction will receive subcontractor/ supplier bids on behalf of the owner: Claremore Strength and Conditioning Gym_&_Classroom Renovation - Bid Package 23A- HVAC Bids received after this time or more than ninetysix hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before this time will not be accepted. For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a bid security in the form of a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, shall accompany the proposal of each bidder. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the set time for bid openings, as well as bids received after the set time for bid openings, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The proposed project is located at 201 East Stuart Roosa, Claremore, OK 74017. All site visits must be scheduled with MCC. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of at least 45 Days. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding
