The City of Claremore seeks a qualified engineering firm(s) with proven experience in geotechnical investigation, geotechnical design and construction material testing. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to secure professional services on behalf of the City of Claremore, hereinafter referred to as the "City", as needed, to complete work on various public infrastructure projects that may be completed within the City of Claremore. Deadline for Questions: August 27th, 2021 Anticipated Selection: September 20th, 2021 Work will be on an as-needed basis after October 1st. Individual proposals for specific projects will be requested as-needed. Any submissions received after this time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Claremore is a growing city with a population of roughly 19,000. There are many anticipated infrastructure improvement projects in planning over the next 20 years to accommodate growth and improve current facilities. Each year, we have a need for geotechnical investigation, geotechnical design and construction material testing. We are seeking a qualified firm with an adequate number of staff and necessary equipment to complete various tasks related to heavy civil and site improvement projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
