Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on July 21, 2022. The following items are to be installed by the contractor by December 2, 2022: concrete walk with stamped and stained decorative concrete border, granite paver accents, limestone dust and chip paving, a concrete retaining wall, a premanufactured stage, outdoor instruments, freestanding steel benches, stone bolder benches, grading and drainage improvements. The contractor will also be required to install plantings and landscape beds between the dates of April 10, 2023 and June 2, 2023. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
