LOCATION: Springfield State Office Building, 436 Dwight St., Springfield, MA 01103 1. PURPOSE: The purpose of this memorandum is to provide a detailed scope for the annual maintenance and repairs for the Chiller system and units at the Springfield State Office Building. 2. NEED: The need exists to perform necessary annual preventative maintenance in order to ensure the equipment is properly functioning. 3. CURRENT SITUATION: The Springfield State Office Building requires licensed Trane certified chiller repair service labor and materials, as necessary, to perform testing, maintenance, inspection, and repair of chiller equipment. The Springfield State Office Building requires a contractor responsible for equipment, transportation and satisfactorily managing, supervising, and performing effective Chiller maintenance and repair services at the above-named facility in accordance with all requirements of the Operational Services Division TRD01 contract. 4. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and materials required to perform and complete, testing, maintenance, inspection, diagnostics, and/or repairs of the chiller system, within the Springfield State Office Building, Springfield, Massachusetts. Provide emergency response to the Springfield State Office Building, Springfield, MA for all emergencies within one hour as requested for chiller system diagnostics and repairs as needed. All work performed by professional licensed Trane certified tradespersons, providing warranties for material and workmanship. Provide response back to the Springfield State Office Building within one hour as needed for chiller system diagnostics and repairs as needed. Provide a detailed description of repairs required, to include materials, time, and disposal, if applicable. Provide all materials and equipment in accordance with OSHA standards in order to perform necessary repairs to return the facility to a fully operational status. three (3) one year options to renew at DCAMM's sole discretion, for up to three (3), one (1) year renewals to a maximum end date of June 30, 2026.
