Murphy VA Medical Center Site, located at 7400 Merton Minter Boulevard, San Antonio, Texas 78229-4404. This project is designed to replace four (4) existing water softeners, one (1) brine day tank, one (1) outside brine storage tank, and make structural repairs to the water softener room at Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center. The contractor shall be responsible for all phases of the project and each phase shall be subject to VA approval at designated project milestones. This project includes (but not limited to) all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, services, training (if required), all power requirements, communications, security, operation and maintenance manuals, as built drawings, permits, construction, installation and commissioning.
