As of April 28, 2023, the project has been awarded and construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project will serve as a 1-story orientation center to include flexible community spaces with support areas and rooms. Site improvements include parking, sidewalks, walkways, outdoor activity area (wrapped veranda), water run-off improvements, and landscape beautification. The project will also provide general park improvements and betterments, in support of other campus projects as a result. Special systems include, but are not limited to, HVAC system, plumbing, mechanical, electrical services, exterior lighting, FA alarm systems, security, A/V, data and communication cabling, water, storm drainage. Site improvements include concrete sidewalks, asphalt driveways and parking areas, drainage improvements, low water use landscaping, and site accessibility for individuals with disabilities and any other work required for the completion of the project as designed in the project plans and specifications.
