Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Frankfort intends to issue a contract for a Cooling Tower at the Public Safety Building (300 West Second Street). The contract and/or purchase order shall be issued to the lowest and best-evaluated bidder responding to this invitation to bid. Any questions may be referred to the City of Frankfort Purchasing Agent at 502-352-2101. General Liability policy must be endorsed to provide there will be no cancellation or reduction in coverage without thirty (30) days prior written notice given to the City of Frankfort. No delay or omission by the City to exercise any right in the contract at law or in equity, shall constitute a waiver of such right or any other right in the contract, at law or in equity.
