As part of the County's Hall of Justice Master Space Planning Project, the existing Recorder Clerk Department space will be renovated. The newly renovated space will serve as staff offices, workstations, and the new Recorder's and Clerk's public lobbies. The Project includes the abatement and removal of hazardous materials, new flooring as needed, enhanced security, and construction of interior walls. The Project scope also includes painting, electrical, and data, as well as accessibility upgrades.
