The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to provide Pipe Cleaning, Video Inspection and CIPP Lining at various locations along Hancock Bridge Parkway. From the Notice to Proceed or the Purchase Order date, whichever applies: 90 calendar days to substantial completion, 30 calendar days from substantial completion to final completion (total days 120) In accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement, for each consecutive calendar day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion as set forth herein, the Contractor shall be liable to the County for liquidated damages in the amount of $1,197 per calendar day. Bid Bond - Contractor shall submit Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the proposed dollar amount (including Alternate(s), as applicable, and shall accompany each submission. P & P Bond - Awarded Contractor shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Awarded Contract amount after notification by the County of the approval to award the Contract, the costs of which are to be paid by the awarded Contractor.
