A person with an outstanding tax lien in the state of Utah may not submit a quote, bid or offer. Granite School District trash cans and dumpsters may not be used by the contractor or by sub-contractors without specific permission by Granite School District. Any necessary grading, if any is associated with this bid, must be done with equipment that is GPS equipped. 2. The school's existing HVAC controls system is a hybrid of electronic and pneumatic components. The plans and specifications denote the existing HVAC controls configuration. A brief overview and intent of HVAC Controls Upgrade project is to complete the following: a. Replace all pneumatically controlled devices with electronic DDC components, and integrate them into the school's existing Building Automation System (BAS). b. Upgrade the school building's Ventilation & Filtration system as outlined in the plans and specifications.
