Solid Waste Disposal and Recycling Services. Each Respective Bid Shall Contain the Full Name of Every Person, Firm or Company Interested Therein, and Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Check in Accordance With Bid Documents, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into an Agreement With Terms as Specified in Its Proposal and Agreed Upon by Village Council and Township Trustees. The Village and Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Portions Thereof, to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in Bids, and to Hold All Proposals for a Period of 30 Days Before Acceptance.
