Newton Road Culvert - Richfield Township The proposed work consists of replacing an existing 48" CMP culvert with a 48" RCP culvert and associated headwalls. Project also includes the placement of rock channel protection, Guardrail and other miscellaneous work. Questions must be submitted in the Question/Answer section on the top right-side menu by 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. on August 17, 2022. Hard copies will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The County reserves the right to reject all bids. You must also upload a copy of the signed Proposal Forms in the General Attachments. If these documents are not uploaded your bid will be rejected. The original signed documents must be received from the apparent low bidder no later than three (3) business days after the due date addressed to Shannon McNulty, 175 S.
