Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in North River, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
As of September 6, 2022, the first phase of construction is nearly complete. The second phase began in July 2022 and will be completed in in April 2023. Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been pre-selected as the Construction Manager/Contractor by North Dakota State University to facilitate the construction the Indoor Practice Facility. This project consists of the second phase additions to the Indoor Practice Facility including a Weight Room, Second Floor Operations/Recruitment Area, Sports Medicine, Locker Rooms, Meetings Rooms, Nutrition Bar, Restrooms, Mechanical Rooms, and Lobbies. The work will be issued in a series of phased packages (Bid Package) over the next several weeks / months.
