For the supply of all material, labour, equipment (including lifts), vehicles (including fuel and fuel surcharges), travel time, and supervision necessary for window cleaning services. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded July 2022 It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year upon the following conditions being met: i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period. ii. Supplier/Contractor must have provided acceptable goods/services levels as determined solely by the City of Saskatoon. iii. The goods/services are still required. iv.
