CRAA is seeking owner support services in the areas of Planning, Design, Construction, Construction Management, project coordination, and Commissioning services to supplement Airport Authority staff in the implementation of the new terminal project. Through one or more Task Order Authorization(s), CRAA will refine the scope of Services by establishing the Consultant's detailed obligations, including deliverables, for each task the Consultant is to perform for the Project. A detailed list of the anticipated scope of services is included in the RFQ. Publications advertisements begin: Week of June 8, 2022 Website posting: Effective June 8, 2022 Sealed responses will be received by CRAA electronically via B2GNow. Responses must be submitted online using the B2GNow Portal by the specified due date and time. Questions regarding this solicitation shall also be submitted electronically via B2GNow. Questions received after the specified cutoff date and time will not be answered. Responses submitted by e-mail or fax are not acceptable and will not be considered. CRAA will reject any responses or unsolicited addenda that are received after the deadline. CRAA will reject late responses regardless of the cause for the delay. Addenda shall be posted to the same site and it shall be the Respondent's responsibility to obtain the addenda from the site, without notification from CRAA. CRAA values the importance of diversity and inclusion and has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 20% for this project.
