Reference number : 1452669 The Municipality of Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland is requesting bids for the maintenance of winter roads for the roads and ranges located on its territory. The length of the roads to be maintained is 25.626 km. Submissions are requested for a period of three (3) years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025) and/or five (5) years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 , 2026-2027). Tenders must be written on the tender form provided by the municipality and be accompanied by a certified check or a tender bond made out to the Municipality of Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland in the amount of ten one hundred (10%) of the first year's submission. The bid bond must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids and will be transformed into a performance bond at the signing of the contract. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers.
