The work includes video inspection and reports as indicated below: NASSCO PACP-Certified Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) pipeline inspection of 133,215 ft. of gravity sewer lines. Observations are to be presented in a digital video format and a NASSCO PACP database / report. Footage and Asset ID numbers to appear on screen for the duration of the survey. Work to be completed during FY 22-23 as a single event. NASSCO MACP Level 1 Certified CCTV Manhole Inspections of 443 manholes. Observations are to be presented in a digital video format and a NASSCO PACP database / report. Asset ID numbers to appear on screen for the duration of the survey. Work to be completed during FY 22-23 as a single event. Bidders must certify their ability to deliver the specified product by June 30, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the Owner's judgment, the lowest responsive bid. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any immaterial deviations in any bid and to delete items listed in the bid. Bids received after the time established for receiving bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid after the time established for receiving bids or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) calendar days. This procurement is subject to the rate of prevailing wages as established by the California Department of Industrial Relations and the Department of Labor.
