Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from a qualified General Contractor to furnish all labor, material, tools, and equipment for the milling and resurfacing of 1200 SY of 8" wide asphalt walk path at Island Park. The Work shall commence after the contractor has been notified by the Parks & Rec Department but within five (10) business days after receipt of purchase order. All work must be done on the weekdays (Monday -Friday) with minimal work hours of 10 hours per day. The Work shall be completed within fourteen (14) days or two (2) weeks from the date of commencement.
