Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for 70 LF of 12" SDR-35 Pipe, two large cast-in-place catch basins, Type-C inlet top, paving frame, grate, curb box, and 365 SY of full-depth pavement reconstruction CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/21/2022 5:00 PM A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is forty-five (45) calendar days. Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. NOTE: The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Manheim Township.
