Renovation of a municipal facility in Wooster, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project is for the purchase and installation of commercial grade flooring in the main hallways and group rooms of the Wayne County Care Center. All questions must be submitted in writing, via email, to the individual named above. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their Bid Proposal in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked with the project name. The outside of the sealed envelope shall also include the name and address of the bidder. If a bid proposal is submitted by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid proposal must be enclosed in an outer envelope addressed to the Board and designated as a bid for the project. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply to this project. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities and/or defects, and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to Wayne County. Until any contract(s) resulting from this Invitation to Bid is/are fully executed by all parties, including, but not limited to, the time between the adoption of any resolution(s) awarding and/or approving any contract(s) and full execution of said contract(s), this Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect.
