Reference number : 1683926 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Alaqsite'w Gitpu School - Bus loading zone TETRA TECH No.: 48229TT The Listuguj Mi'gmaq Government, as Owner, regarding its bus loading zone (parking) project at Alaqsite'w Gitpu School, is seeking bids for the following summary work: Demolition of the actual bus loading zone and student drop-off area. Reconfiguration zone to include a bus parking / loading zone and a parents parking. Repaving of the existing staff parking lot. The documents required for bidding are provided to invited bidders. This project is under the Quebec-New Brunswick interprovincial agreement. Companies with their head office in Quebec and in New Brunswick and any other company that complies with the public procurement release agreements established by the Government of Quebec are authorized to submit bids. Quebec and New Brunswick companies must hold a license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, in accordance with the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) and the Québec-New Brunswick interprovincial agreement, covering the required work. This license must be valid at the time of submission of the bid. This project must promote Indigenous employment as per Articles 36 and 123.1 of the Law R-20. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted bid, valid for a period of sixty (60) days and made payable to or in favor of "LISTUJUQ MI'GMAQ GOVERNMENT" . Bidders will be responsible for selecting subcontractors for both their creditworthiness and the content of their bids and will be responsible for ensuring that they hold the required licenses and permits. In order to be considered admissible, all tenders must comply with the tender documents, be made on the forms provided with the quotation and be accompanied by the requested documents.
