The City of Port Huron has contracted with The Dailey Company, 179 Northpointe Drive, Lake Orion, MI 48359, to provide Construction Management services as described herein: Renovation of Fire Station No. 3 located at 1914 Sanborn Street, Port Huron, MI. Scope of work includes (1) Renovations to living quarters, bathrooms, dormitories, and office space to accommodate an increase in personnel; (2) Replacement of HVAC systems; (3) Repairs and upgrades to apparatus bay; (4) Upgrades to vehicle exhaust system; (5) Replacement roof; and (6) Repairs to exterior building cladding. Renovations to the Interior and Exterior facade of an approximate 4,100 sf fire station including: o Complete interior architectural, mechanical and electrical revisions to the Day Room, Dorms, Toilets, Kitchen and Watch Room portion of the station. o Removal and replacement of the pitched and flat roofing. o Repairs to the Apparatus Bay floor & exterior apron. o New unit heaters in the Apparatus Bay. o Minor landscaping and screen fence. o Alternate to replace selected windows. o Alternate to provide new siding adjacent to windows and the exterior gable.
