The Construction Manager for this project will be AECOM Hunt, 2450 South Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46241. All work for the complete construction of the Center Grove Middle School North will be bid under separate prime contract bids Bids shall be executed on State Form 96 and Supplementary Proposal Form included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be accompanied by AIA Document A305 Contractors Qualification statement Bids shall be accompanied by Contractors Financial Statement specific enough and in such detail so that the Owner can make a proper determination of the Bidders capability for completing the project if awarded. Should Bidder withdraw his bid within 60 days from bid opening date without written consent of the Owner or fail to execute a satisfactory contract with the Owner, the Owner may declare the bid security forfeited as liquidated damages. Commence Work within 48 hours after signing contract or receiving a notice to proceed, and complete work as outlined in Exhibit D in spec section 011000: Project Substantial Completion: October 27, 2023 Project Final Completion: December 29, 2023 A Bid security in the form of AIA Document A310, a certified check, Indiana General Revised Form No. 86, Contractors Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction or a form from an acceptable surety shall accompany each bid. The bid security shall be in the penal amount of 5% of the total bid price and made payable to the Owner.Prior to execution of the Contract, Bidder shall furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum.
