Sealed Proposals will be received by the Town of Mount Pleasant from Singleprime General Contractors for the renovation & additions of existing Fire Station No. 1 located at 1451 North Main Street, Cabarrus County, Mount Pleasant, NC. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance & Payment Bond will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of forty-five (45) days. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
