Equitable Community Engagement Strategy for the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan and the Citywide Comprehensive Plan Update The City of Shoreline is beginning efforts to make major updates to the PROS Plan and the Comprehensive Plan - two foundational policy documents that will guide the City's growth and inform decisions for years to come. The City endeavors to create an equitable process for developing these plans which will require a new approach to community engagement that is in alignment with the City's adopted Anti-Racism Resolution. The LOI shall be submitted no later than Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time. The LOI shall be submitted in PDF format to purchasing@shorelinewa.gov. Submittals shall be clearly labeled as Letter of Interest regarding RFP 10365. Estimated Budget Up to $120,000. Questions received after Tuesday, July 7, 2022, by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at any time, without penalty. The City reserves the right to refrain from contracting with any respondent. Individuals or firms eliminated from further consideration will be notified by mail by the City as soon as practical. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time Per the owner, as of July 5, 2022, letters of interest were due on June 21, 2022 by 5:00pm. Of the firms submitting a letter of interest, three will be selected to respond to the RFP.
