Ridgecrest 5 Sanitary Sewer Replacement The City of Shoreline seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessaryto complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to:furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct approximately 3,503 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE sanitary sewer main via pipe bursting; replacement of approximately 62 associated side sewers via pipe bursting; installation of approximately 103 associated clean outs; rehabilitation of approximately 26 associated manholes; surface restoration including asphalt, concrete, curb and gutter, gravel, and vegetated surfaces; ADA ramp replacement; asphalt grind and overlay; and pavement marking replacement. Work will be located on public right-of-way, easements, and on private property.All bidding must satisfy the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Contract Plans and Project Manual. The estimated construction cost is $2,620,000 without tax. The time for completion of the work is within two hundred (200) working days of the date appearing on the "Notice to Proceed".
