Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; for the addition of a 3,164-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a 2,088-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-story below grade playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades and improvements to the Saint-Victor park facilities. The scope of work includes expansion and major interior renovations of the park chalet in order to permanently accommodate the L'Antre-Jeunes youth center in Mercier-Est, repair and redevelopment of the changing room and washrooms to ensure access for park users. The scope of work also includes the replacement of the paddling pool by water games that will be integrated into the landscaping. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor for the project implementation following public tender 2023-059-P, reference number 1803090.
