The Board of Education, Gretna Public Schools, Gretna Nebraska will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for additions and renovations to the building located at11335 South 204th Street, Gretna, Nebraska 68028 Work will include public infrastructure related to the Cedar Hollow South Final Plat approved by the Gretna City Council, and is located in Sarpy County. Project scope includes concrete and asphalt paving, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, drainage facilities, erosion control, and seeding. Water, gas, electrical and communication facilities will be completed by utility companies. The Project will include construction of two-lane residential roadways, South 170th Street from Giles Road to Briar Street and Birch Avenue from South 168th Street to South 170th Street. The project is related construction to the new Gretna Elementary School #8, which is currently under construction and is situated on Lot 1 of Cedar Hollow South.
