As of July 6, 2022, project will be awarded to Excavating Specialists LLC, awarded amount is $1,130,910.80 The project includes planning the existing asphalt pavement and paving new HMA on California Way between Baltimore Street and BNSF Railroad. The project also includes pedestrian improvements to access ramps and pedestrian signals, pavement markings, waterline replacement, and any other incidental work necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Bidding documents may be examined in Owner's office, City of Longview, Washington - Engineering Division, 1525 Broadway, Longview, WA. The City of Longview accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addendums and submit inadequate or incorrect responses. This project is funded with funds from the City of Longview Transportation Benefit District (Schedule 1) and the City of Longview Water Fund (Schedule 2). All work performed on this project will be subject to the Washington State prevailing wage rates. Cash, cashier's check, certified check and/or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid price shall accompany all bids.
