Renovation of a municipal facility in Owen Sound, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Supply of all labour, materials, services, transportation, and incidentals required to remove, dispose and replace HVAC Rooftop Units at Administration Building located at 595 9th Ave East in Owen Sound. Scope of Work: - Remove Existing Roof top units and dispose of. - Install New roof tops units as per schedule. - Controls to be compatible with existing BAS systems. - Provide Air Balancing Report once all units have been installed. - Economizers to be on all units. - Provide make and model of all units with tender package. - All metal work that needs to be modified to fit existing units to be included in price. - Insulate any new metal work with min R20 insulation.
