Reference number : 1614668 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-27 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Notice is hereby given that the Town of Saint-Georges will receive tenders for the supply and installation of a generator at the R-7 reservoir located at 458, 19th Avenue North in Saint-Georges. Each tender must be placed in a sealed return envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the call for tenders document. To be eligible, any submission must: be presented on the forms provided by the City; be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount; The City of Saint-Georges does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The Town of Saint-Georges reserves the right to withdraw certain parts of the contract and the Town cannot be the subject of any lawsuit or claim for costs, losses or damages suffered as a result of such decisions.
