The required w ork in all Architectural, Civil, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical trades shall be performed in accordance w ith all applicable Technical Organizations and Regulatory Agencies. The Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 The resulting contract w ill be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of this project is betw een $250,000 and $500,000.
