Bids should be submitted on a per ton (TON) basis as follows: 1) Picked up at vendor plant. The supplier will load plant mixed hot mix asphalt to the Henderson County Highway Department trucks at the supplier's asphalt plant. 2) Supplier will deliver plant mixed asphalt to the Henderson County Highway Department in Lexington, TN or to the job site within Henderson County, TN. Transfer of asphalt from supplier's vehicle to County's vehicle cannot exceed Sixty (60) minutes. Supplier will be responsible for retention of heat of the mix. Each vendor and each person signing on behalf of any vendor certifies, and in the case of a joint venture each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge and belief that each vendor is not on the list created pursuant to 12-12-106.
