Renovation of a municipal facility in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Filtered Water Bottle Filling Station DBE PARTICIPATION: MART is under a time of race conscious DBE participation. This means that every competitive procurement we do must have a Contract Goal of 2% DBE Participation. Respondents will be scored (up to 5 points) on the efforts to obtain DBE subcontractors. A promise to use DBEs after contract award is not considered to be responsive to this RFR nor does it constitute good faith efforts Time to completion: Contractor is allotted 30 calendar days from contract award to complete all work outlined, to the satisfaction of the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority ("MART"). SUMMARY OF WORK 1. The Primary scope of work can be summarized as: a. Removal of existing fountains, bubblers, and/or water stations in locations where they already exist. b. Installation of new standard filtered water station at designated locations. i. Wall mounted, filtered, and chilled such as: Elkay ezH2O Liv or equivalent/ similar product c. Required to leave location in a finished state (selective demo, patch & paint, cleanup as required).
