The Contractor is to provide all labor and technical, administrative, professional and other personnel, all supplies, materials, equipment and all other resources necessary to perform the specified work. The Contractor is to develop correction sheets specific to the City, which meet the approval of the City and shall maintain electronic lists of corrections needed to make plans conform to codes and regulations. The City will review the correction lists for approval. A pre-proposal meeting/project site visit will not be held for this project. For the purpose of measuring performance, the workdays specified above do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or City holidays. Workday measurement starts the next business day after the Contractor has been assigned a review from the City, and includes the day of entry of completion into the Energov permitting system.
