A 40 X 60 METAL BUILDING, 14 FOOT HIGH ON 6 INCH CONCRETE SLAB, 2-12 pitch, 26 gauge metal, spray foam closed cell insulation, 12x12 insulated doors, 2 metal personnel doors, 2 bathrooms men and women ADA compliant, laundry area with double sink for PPE extractor and dryer. Start date to begin construction and finish date of completion to be included in bid. ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE NON-COLLUSION AFFIDAVITS. CHOCTAW COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS CHOCTAW COUNTY PURCHASING AGENT.
