Description

Renovation of an educational facility in High River, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The objective of the Owner is to contract for the remediation of building envelope components, including but not limited to the following: Repairs to all damaged EIFS walls with bird holes and nests, and repairs/reshaping to wall mouldings. Woodpecker proof textured acrylic coating by one of the following manufactures, (Graphexcoat by ADEX, ShieldIt Base Coats or Dryvit Outsulation system by Dryvit or Sto IMPACT by Sto Canada). Painting and sealant renewal of other areas not accounted for in the building enclosure rehabilitation scope are not included.
