Site work and paving for a road / highway in Conway, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Conway Public Schools will be receiving sealed bids for the Asphalt Paving of the Back Drive at Carolyn Lewis Elementary School. Bids should be in envelopes and labeled to indicate the job that the bid is intended. Contractors, sub-trade contractors must hold an Arkansas Contractors License. A 5% bid bond shall accompany all submitted bids on projects that exceed $35,000.00. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contracted amount is required before any payments will be made. In accordance with A.C.A. #22-9-203, as amended by act 1310 of 1979, the Conway School District encourages the participation of small, minority, and women business enterprises.
