Conway Corporation (OWNER) is soliciting assistance from qualified licensed professionals who are certified by the Arkansas Contractor Licensing Board for construction management/general contractor (CM/GC) services related to improvements to remove existing and install a complete and operable 500 HP vertical turbine pump and motor assembly at Brewer Lake. Services are expected to be phased accordingly: Pre-Construction Phase 1. Participate in observation of existing conditions. 2. Provide constructability review and suggestions for alternative value engineer options identified by the CM/GC, scheduling, estimating, and development of a final Proposal for Project construction. Construction Phase 1. Construction Phase Services are contingent upon OWNER approval to proceed with the PROPOSAL and negotiation and execution of a mutually acceptable Agreement between OWNER and Construction Manager / General Contractor. Construction Phase services include the completed construction for the Project under the PROPOSAL. 2. The CM/GC shall hold all trade contracts and purchase orders and shall bond and guarantee the project. The selected construction manager/general contractor may be awarded additional services associated with the project. Requests and inquiries from minority and women owned enterprises (MBE/WBE) are encouraged.. The RFQ/P package includes descriptions of services required, an outline for presentation of qualifications, and the method of selection.
