The City of Waynesboro (Burke County) is seeking through Request for Qualifications a qualified engineering firm interested to undertake analysis, design and construction management for Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades. Funding is provided by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Governor's Office of Planning and Budget State Fiscal Recovery Fund (OPB SFRF), Water and Sewer Infrastructure Award.
