Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Waynesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Burke County Animal Services Parking Lot Paving: (485 Hwy 24 S. Waynesboro, GA 30830) Paving of Existing Gravel Parking Lot: 1. Cut and fill existing grade elevations as needed to achieve adequate watershed away from the building. 2. Install a minimum of 3" compacted crush n' run base as needed throughout (with exception of Sally Port area, compact existing gravel base in Sally Port area as needed to avoid conflict with elevations of gates/fencing). 3. Install 2" of asphalt hot mix 9.5 mm topping. 4. Striping of parking spaces as indicated on layout provided (alternate layout is to be submitted for approval) 5. Contractor to paint appropriate number of handicap spaces as per local code requirements. 6. Install 5' concrete sidewalk to tie into existing concrete ramp at porch. 7. Install concrete ramp at left side of existing ramp. 8. Install approximately 8' wide concrete sidewalk from new sidewalk to (2ea) walk-thru gates next to and within the Sally Port. Concrete to stop at walkthru gates. 9. Concrete sidewalk to be at same elevation as finished asphalt parking. 10. Concrete bumpers to be installed at each parking space. 11. Handicap signage to be provided by contractor at each handicap space. 12. Backfill around shoulders as needed with topsoil. Job to be completed no later than Sept 22, 2022
