Background: Monroe County is in the process of preparing new construction for a Records Storage Building. The County is seeking a general contractor with broad experience to provide design and construction management for this project. All project activities will be coordinated with Ray White, Monroe County Building Maintenance Supervisor. Scope The County envisions a Record Storage Building for storage of files from Superior Court, the Sheriff's Department, and Administration. The initial work documents required of the selected individual or firm will consist of initial building fit-for-purpose for record storage. The general contractor managing the design-build process will be responsible for assuming design and construction risk from the owner.
