Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and office development.
Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center is accepting bids for the purchase of and/or installation of office space dividers. The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) by the NRADC is to solicit unsealed quotes from interested companies to provide office space dividers. The dividers will enclose an area of 300 square feet to create 5 side by side work areas. Each office space shall have its own 3-foot egress opening. The panels shall be 6-feet in height with a translucent upper portion and solid lower portion, preferably in a gray color range, however NRADC will consider alternatives. All inquiries and technical questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to Mark Kinder, Maintenance Supervisor no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 29, 2022. mkinder@fcva.us
