The requirements of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-5.2(a)(5), the EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY ("Commission") is requesting proposals from interested and qualified firms for architectural services as outlined in the Request For Proposals ("RFP"). The understanding of the parties with respect to the services to be rendered and the various fee arrangements are required to be set forth in a formal agreement. We will conduct the RFP opening via a virtual meeting and the meeting invitation will be sent to all of those that register and posted on our website. for the public to view. The ESCNJ wants to assure the safety of all. All documents that have a notary requirement must be submitted with the bid but if you are unable to have those documents notarized before the bid opening, we will grant leniency in that you may submit those same documents with the notary requirement before the bid award. Specifications and any clarifications or addenda will be sent to interested bidders after they register at website. All vendors submitting proposals must use and complete all forms and include all information required in the RFP. One original and four (4) copies of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following information marked on the front of the envelope: Title: Architectural Services Name and Address of the Respondent. All proposals shall be in conformance with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws including Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., P.L. 1975 Chapter 127, and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Pursuant to P.L. 2004 Chapter 57, all proposals must submit a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury prior to award and the Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran form prior to award. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informality in the process if it is in the best interests of the Commission. No proposal shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Commission.
