Santa Fe Community College invites proposals from qualified individuals to provide construction of a Building Automation Systems(BAS) training lab at the SFCC Trades + Advanced Technology Center (TATC). For purposes of identification and clarity within this RFP, the term "COLLEGE" shall refer to Santa Fe Community College (SFCC), and the term "OFFEROR" shall refer to the RFP respondents. Please read carefully the instructions, specifications, and SFCC Standard Terms and Conditions, because failure to comply therewith may result in an offer being classified as unresponsive, disqualified or negatively evaluated. New Mexico civil and criminal law prohibit bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. Construct a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Training Lab housed in the Plumbing/HVAC lab in Room 820 in the SFCC Trades and Advanced Technology building. 1.1.2. Demolition/removal and relocation of existing equipment. 1.1.3. New construction of a Unistrut support structure and installation of owner provided equipment. These include but are not limited to HVAC components such as heaters, chillers, blowers and electrical and IT systems such as lighting, networking, controls and security to be used exclusively for hands-on education purposes. 1.1.4. Provision and installation of equipment signage, floor striping, and chain around electric panels to match existing.
