The Township of Falls Authority (TOFA) is soliciting qualifications for Professional Tank Maintenance Service Providers, experienced in inspecting, renovating, and preventive maintenance of potable water storage facilities. The purposes of this Request for Qualifications are: 1) to provide interested Service Providers with sufficient information to enable them to submit a detailed proposal for review; 2) to set forth a systematic method of evaluation that will be fair and impartial to all interested Service Providers; and 3) to generate uniform qualifications for evaluation by the Authority. All Service Providers must be prepared to present suitable evidence of similar work recently completed or goods supplied. The Authority may reject a proposal if the service provider misstates or conceals any material fact in the qualifications. This RFQ is not a bid. In the event the Authority elects to negotiate with a Service Provider, any contract shall contain, at a minimum, the terms and conditions (or substantially the same terms and conditions) as hereinafter stated.
