The resultant contract will be a single, firm fixed price contract for FY22 AIWW Dike Maintenance Georgetown to Charleston Construction, Charleston, South Carolina. Please refer to FAR 14.301, Responsiveness of Bids. 2. PRIOR TO AWARD, IN ORDER TO BE DETERMINED RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE, A PROSPECTIVE BIDDER MUST FURNISH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITHIN THE ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED BID: Standard Form 1442, completed and signed by an authorized person. Acknowledgment of all Amendments if applicable Unit and Total Pricing for all items in the bid schedule. Bidders are required to submit a bid guarantee for this project in accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-1, Bid Guarantee. An electronically executed bid guarantee must be submitted with the electronic bid submission. THESE ITEMS ARE ONLY TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE OFFEROR WITH THE LOWEST PRICED BID.
