The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston invites qualified professionals to submit proposals for the completion of a Department of Housing and Urban Development Rental Assistance Demonstration Capital Needs Assessment and CNA e-tool 3.0, as required by RAD PIH Notice Rev. 4, for the Scattered Sites 023 (Doris Drive/Parsonage Road; Pamlico Terrace; Chipley Terrace; and Walter Drive) public housing community. Proposal packages submitted will be evaluated by a CHA selected committee with the following criteria: Qualification of Firm and staff to be assigned to this project 10% Experience 10%; Timeline for completing the report 35%; Total Price to complete the report 45%; Section 3 Business and/or Section 3 Business Plan 3%. Total Possible Points 103% This project is federally assisted and will obligate the ultimate awardee not to discriminate in employment practices and otherwise to adhere to applicable federal requirements. CHA reserves the rights to retain all proposal packages submitted and use any idea in a package regardless of whether the package is selected.
