Site work and new construction of a civil project in Elmira, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is generally described as follows: Chemung County Sewer Districts WWTP Consolidation Project, Contract Group 4, Contract 4B, which includes the general construction of the influent lift stations for the Regional WWTP and Lake Street Influent Facility. Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Consolidation Project Group 4 - HVAC The Purchasing Office is closed between 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. daily. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 3.7 years Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the total base bid. If an awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract with the County following notice of bid acceptance, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of Chemung County. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening.
