Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Smith, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: o Construction of raw water intake screens and piping in the Yellowtail Dam Afterbay. o Construction of concrete wet well, three vertical turbine pumps, and two sluice gates to isolate each intake pipe. o Construction of approximately 1,700 square foot CMU pump station building with piping, valves, meter, controls, chemical injection system, screen backwash system, electrical room, and associated appurtenances. o Construction of gravel access road, parking lot, site and drainage improvements and security fence around the pump station site. o Construction of backup generator and transformer located on concrete pads behind a CMU block wall on the site. o Construction of raw water pipeline and fiber optic conduit from the new pump station to the future water treatment plant site with control valves, combination air release valves, hydrants, and associated appurtenances. o Completion of horizontal directional drill under the Bighorn River and Bighorn Canal.
